movies

We just finished eating a very yummy late dinner...

8:00 is late for most...pretty normal for us.......lol...especially on the weekend....

We had chicken breat pounded till its flat....stuffed with onion green peppers and jalapenos and topped with cheese....the rolled up and wrapped in bacon strips (2 of them) and grilled on the iron griddle...yummyy...I also sauteed fresh green beans and new potatos and squash all the same skillet...yummmyy....and then I made....

hold your breath people...

i made olive cheese bread from thepioneerwoman.com... omgosh...you have no idea how great it is...I make it about once a month....

We got some new stuf from netflix this weekend..i was excited about it.. the last movie I saw in the Theatres was Bride Wars...with Cassey and Kadie Dawn...it was funny funny and too cute...before that was Nights in Rodanthe with Cassey...we cried for 3 hours during and after....Before that? I cant tell you what the last movie I saw in the theatre was...it was probably sometthing Disney....lol.....I get most of my movies from NetFlix for several reasons...

  1. It is too dadgum expensive to go to the movies...Last time we went it cost me 9.50 per person just to get in the movie and a popcorn and 2 cokes was 16.75....3 people and 3 cokes and 2 popcorns?? $50 bucks all day long...
  2. Wayne works too many hours for us ever to get to go see a movie together...lol...
  3. We dont like the same kind of movies...at all.....period....

Right at the moment we are watching The Bucket List ..I have had it in mine queue for months and months....it just came...with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman...

I have to say I love this movie....it is not over yet but I have cried and laughed all the way thru it....

If you have not seen this movie...WATCH IT...

It is of course right up my alley but Wayne's? not so much...but because he loves me and we havent spent two hours together all week he is watching it with me and loving it... :) but he loves both actors too...as do i....
